Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
SocialStoryPro provides digital tools that enable allied health professionals, caregivers and educators to generate personalised social stories and related resources. The Service uses templates informed by evidence‑based practice and allows users to input information such as client name, age, scenario, special interests and strategies. The generated stories are drafts intended to support therapeutic interventions; they are not professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. SocialStoryPro is designed for use by qualified allied health professionals, carers and educators. It is not intended for direct use by clients or patients.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your conduct and for any data, text or content you input into the Service. You must not:
You understand that the generated stories are drafts and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. SocialStoryPro does not store personal information entered into the story forms; however, your subscription details and payment information may be processed by third‑party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
SocialStoryPro offers subscription plans with varying levels of access to the Service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars, as specified on our website. You authorise our third‑party payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify our plans or fees at any time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the underlying software, templates, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to SocialStoryPro. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive licence to access and use the Service for your professional or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
SocialStoryPro provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. SocialStoryPro is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical, psychological or legal advice. The content generated by the Service is for educational and support purposes only and should not replace professional judgement. You are responsible for ensuring that any story or resource generated through the Service is appropriate for your client’s needs.
To the extent permitted by law, SocialStoryPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid to us for use of the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue offering the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and Sections 5–9 of these Terms will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or in our Service. We will post the revised Terms on our website with the date of revision. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
